English Language Progress Reports

What We Do

Grammar check: we correct all grammar errors including punctuation, spelling, verb conjugation, agreement, plural markers, possessives, vocabulary usage, syntax, etc.
Content editing and flow: we make sure your sentences and phrases transition smoothly. If we find areas where the writing is unclear, we suggest how you might phrase your ideas differently. We also ensure that your ideas flow well from paragraph to paragraph and help structure the entire document to express your ideas efficiently and succinctly.
Style Guide check: we ensure that you adhere to the rules and norms of the style guide used in your field. This includes all in-text references and references at the end of the document.

What We Do Not Do

We do not write or re-write entire documents.
We do not check the literature in your field to ensure your research or claims are accurate – you and your advisory committee are entirely responsible for this.
We do not check your margins and other page formatting issues – you will need to conform to the particular standards of your graduate school.

The Editing Process

Make your document EDIT-READY. This means you must send us a document written in complete sentences and ordered into paragraphs and sections. DO NOT send us lists of ideas and incomplete thoughts. Also, you must make a demonstrated attempt to follow a particular style guide. If we find the document you send is not EDIT READY, we will return it to you with instructions on how to prepare your document for editing.
Submit your paper.
Wait 24 hours (maximum) to receive an email confirmation stating that we accept your document. We will also return to you 3-5 pages of your own document, edited by IGSEE.com so that you can sample our work before payment. You will also receive an estimated time for completion of the full edit of your document. In most cases, we can return your edited document within 3 days (72 hours) from the time of payment.
